Currency & Shipping
All prices in US dollars. We ship using Canada Post to anywhere in the world. Shipping times average: Canada - 3 to 9 business days; USA/Europe/Rest of World by Air - 6 to 12 business days to major centres. Shipping times outside Canada do not include delays due to local Customs offices. Shipping costs do not include any duties or taxes levied by local Customs and Immigration agencies. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns Policy
You may return products to us if you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery of your shipment for a full refund. We'll notify you via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.
